Biogas Conditioning Systems for Engine/Boiler/LGEN

Low-pressure systems condition biogas to produce fuel suitable for boilers, engine generators, and linear generators (LGEN). Systems can be designed for any gas flow and for positive or negative inlet pressures. Each boiler, engine, and LGEN manufacturer has varying specifications for inlet pressure, in addition to H₂S and siloxane/VOC tolerances. Depending on the location of the site, there may be exhaust catalysts for the engines, which have their own set of fuel specifications. Unison’s Biogas Conditioning Systems are designed to meet those specifications. 

System options are available, such as after‐cooling, redundancy, and system enclosures. We specialize in integrating our systems with existing site equipment such as boilers, flares, or landfill gas extraction systems.

All of our systems utilize UL-listed control panels, manufactured in-house.
