Unison Solutions offers custom fabrication and stainless steel vessels for the biogas industry. Our ASME-certified manufacturing shop utilizes authorized inspectors to ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII, Division I. We specialize in the following services and products:
- Certified welding: All welders are qualified in GMAW & GTAW per ASME Section VIII
- ASME B31.3 process piping, pressure testing of all piping and vessels and chemical passivation of all piping and particulate filters
- H2S/VOC/Siloxane removal vessels up to 14’ diameter
- Moisture & oil separators
- Particulate removal vessels (Scrubbers)
