Our standard systems are ideal for agricultural applications, while our custom-engineered solutions meet the unique demands of projects beyond standard specifications. Utilizing multi-stage membrane separation technology, BioCNG systems remove CO₂ with exceptional efficiency, ensuring your renewable natural gas meets the exact pressure composition and quality standards of your target pipeline.

System options are available, such as redundancy and system enclosures. We specialize in integrating our systems with existing site equipment such as boilers, flares, and existing cogeneration systems.

For projects with multiple sites feeding into a common treatment facility, we offer compression/moisture removal systems. The gas can then be sent via a private/dedicated pipeline to a central processing facility before being injected into the pipeline. These systems can include H₂S removal at each site or at the central processing facility.

All of our systems utilize UL-listed control panels, manufactured in-house.
