Biogas Conditioning Systems for Turbines

High-pressure systems condition biogas and produce fuel to power turbines and fuel cells. These can be designed for any gas flow at pressures up to 300 psig. This same technology is used for the production of RNG. Our compression systems use a two-stage condensate removal process to protect not only the end-use equipment but also the compressor itself. We have developed a process to remove moisture prior to compression, preventing condensation within the compressor. The remaining moisture is removed post-compression to achieve the required pressure dew point levels. Depending on the raw biogas quality, our high-pressure systems may also include H2S and Siloxane/VOC removal equipment to meet the stringent fuel specs for these cogeneration systems.

System options are available, such as after‐cooling, redundancy, and system enclosures. We specialize in integrating our systems with existing site equipment such as boilers, flares, or landfill gas extraction systems.

All of our systems utilize UL-listed control panels, manufactured in-house.
