Unison Solutions offers custom fabrication and stainless steel vessels for the biogas industry. Our ASME-certified manufacturing shop utilizes authorized inspectors to ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII, Division I. We specialize in the following services and products:

• Certified welding: All welders are qualified in GMAW & GTAW per ASME Section VIII
• ASME B31.3 process piping, pressure testing of all piping and vessels and chemical passivation of all piping and particulate filters
• H₂S/VOC/Siloxane removal vessels up to 14’ diameter
• Moisture & oil separators
• Particulate removal vessels (Scrubbers)
