Amine Biogas Upgrading Systems

Unison Solutions utilizes the Puregas CA Amine technology to produce pipeline-quality renewable natural gas for large-volume biogas producers. This unique technology efficiently removes carbon dioxide from biogas, providing high-quality renewable natural gas (RNG) for injection into the natural gas pipeline while maintaining 99.9% methane recovery. This proven technology utilizes a biodegradable organic solvent in a closed-loop, low-pressure system, resulting in reduced energy requirements, heat recovery capability, and low OPEX.

Amine Biogas Upgrading Systems can also be designed to remove H₂S from the biogas stream, which may eliminate the need for bulk H₂S removal systems on some projects.

All of our systems utilize UL-listed control panels, manufactured in-house.
